The Video Identification is closed between January 24-26
Requests already registered with confirmed payment will be resolved as soon as possible, instructions on completing the identification process will be sent to the email address filled in the request in the next days, including the interval January 24-28.
During this period the number of requests is very high, so the waiting time has increased considerably, as well and the duration of issuing digital certificates.
We recommend that choose the Get Electronic Signature service with Physical Presence at one of the Banca Transilvania branches from the country.
